In case of malfunction of the product due to any of the following issues, the product is out of warranty even if a valid warranty document is presented.

  • Using the bed for a long time without turning it upside down and foot-to-bed.
  • Do not apply excessive force when the bed is in the upright position.
  • Any interference with the bed or base by unauthorized persons.
  • Tearing, contamination, wetting that will occur during transportation
  • Putting a heavy load other than the mattress on the base
  • Forcing the chest partition to be opened more than the system allows, etc. cases, malfunctions that may occur due to such errors determined by the report to be kept by the authorized service will be repaired against a fee.
  • If the seller does not fulfill his legal responsibility for not filling out the warranty document completely during the sale, the production date of the product is taken as the basis.
  • Keep your warranty certificate, invoice or photocopy together. In case of malfunction of your product, service and maintenance is carried out by taking into account the information and dates specified on these documents.
  • This warranty is void if the warranty card has been damaged or the original information on the product, such as quality control labels, has been destroyed.
  • The label number on the product label and the product label number on the warranty certificate must be the same. Otherwise, the product is out of warranty.
Mattress and Base Warranty Conditions
  • The warranty period starts from the delivery date of the product and is 3 years.

  • In case of malfunction of the product within the warranty period, the time spent in the repair is added to the warranty period. The repair period of the goods is 30 working days at the most. This period starts from the date of notification of the goods to the service station, or to one of the seller, agency, representative, importer or manufacturer of the goods, in case there is no service station.
  • In the event that the product fails during the warranty period, due to material and workmanship or assembly faults, repairs will be made free of charge under any other name, such as labor cost, replacement part price or any other name.

  • For problems that may arise regarding the warranty certificate, the Ministry of Industry and Trade can apply to the General Directorate of Protection of Consumer and Competition.

  • For problems that may arise regarding the warranty certificate, the Ministry of Industry and Trade may apply to the General Directorate of Protection of Consumers and Competition.
